I love this chapter the best so far (but they're all beautiful). So much pain for everybody concerned.
Many people don't understand that it's just as hard not being able to conceive when it's the second child. Watching the first one grow up and knowing/suspecting that every phase in a child's life will not be experienced again....
I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this story.
