House was broken glass and twisted metal -- the debris left on the side of the road after a car crash. All edges and sharp bits of steel that hid themselves until it was too late, until you'd already gashed open your skin and blood spilled out from the cut.

I loved the detail of Cuddy's daily routine, I really felt like I had a peek into her life. A side which we don't see enough of on the series, especially why she puts up with House and why she doesn't give up. You're the voice for the writers, who aren't able to expand on the time Cuddy is given.
