I'm not terribly coherent today but had to let you know I've enjoyed this very much.
I particularly like the scene here where Wilson lags behind and waits for House to open the office door -- instead of running ahead as other people must do to open it for him.
His asking Stacy to stay is oh, so painful after all the ways he's been punishing her.
One minor typo thing, a missing "a" in the "wussy excuse" line at the elevator.
