I think this one's my new favorite. The reflections of House in the behavior of his parents (John looking away, Blythe admitting that John might have been a better man if she'd challenged him more often) are wonderful.
There's something so melancholy about this, with the observation that the dust on House's shelves had lain undisturbed since Lady had last cleaned for House underscoring House's solitary life blending in with his confession about the morphine and Wilson finally understanding how long the nights have been.
